Holoform is committed to manufacturing premium products utilizing materials that meet all industry requirements and maintain the highest quality standards.

Aluminum System Frame

The aluminum extrusions in Holoform’s interior demountable wall systems use ASTM Alloy 6063-T6 and meet Class II Architectural specification requirements. All Holoform extrusions maintain the published standard tolerances for aluminum alloy extrusions outlined in the Aluminum Association Aluminum Standards and Data Manual. They also meet ASTM B 221, ASTM E 90, and ASTM E 413 standards.

Aluminum Painted and Anodic Finishes

The Holoform system’s painted finishes meet Class II Architectural specification requirements and utilize three coats of Sherwin-Williams Valspar Flouropon paint. Additionally, painted system frames meet the AAMA 2065 Superior Coatings standard.

All anodic finishes on the Holoform system meet Class II Architectural specification requirements with 10 microns of anodic finish thickness. Also, Anodic Holoform system frames meet AAMA 611, ASTM B 487-85, and AQ 6063 standards.

Tempered Glass Panels

Holoform sources its float glass from Guardian, Pilkington or Vitro. Depending on the glass specification, Holoform glass panels are fabricated, tempered, and laminated to meet a variety of ASTM, ANSI, and CPSC safety glazing standards, including:

  • Tempered Glass: ASTM C 1036, ASTM C 1048, ANSI Z 97.1 Class A
  • Laminated Glass: ASTM C 1172, ANSI 97.1 Class A
  • Low-Iron Glass: ASTM 1048, ASTM E 1300, CPSC 16 CFR 1201 Category 1, ANSI Z 97.1 Class A
  • Glass Fabrication: ASTM C 1048
  • Glass Door Openings: ASTM C 1036, ASTM C 1048

Wood Doors

Holoform manufactures solid-core flush wood doors at 1.75” thick. Squareness is +/- 1/8”, measured corner to corner across the diagonal plane. And all Holoform doors meet a range of wood standards, including, FSC STD-01-001, USGBC Approved, and GreenGuard Gold Certification.

Holoform doors that are stained utilize a veneer grade of A (AA can be utilized upon request) and a 1/32” veneer thickness and can be constructed to meet a 45-minute fire rating. Similarly, painted doors are smooth surface solid-core flush MDF and can be constructed to meet a 45-minute fire rating.
