Appointed in December 2017, Jeff is responsible for oversight of the Holoform organization, operations and sales.
Previously, Jeff was Director of Sales and Marketing Interior Office Systems at C.R. Laurence (a CRH company), National Sales Manager at Dorma Interiors, the Principal of Phillips Consulting Group, President of Decorative Surfaces, Director of Sales and Marketing for Steelcase Design Partnership, and Director of Steelcase University.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Affairs Management from Michigan State University.
Since May 2017, Conor has directed Holoform product design. Prior to joining Holoform, Conor was Vice President of New Product Development at Modernus, a Group Leader of System and Assembly Design at Saint-Gobain, a Senior Industrial Designer Architectural System Specialist with Forms + Surfaces, and a Store Designer with Whole Foods Market.
Conor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Design from Rhode Island School of Design.
Each member of the Holoform sales team has no less than 15 years of sales experience within the interior architectural products and commercial furnishings industries. Their combined experience includes previous managerial roles in account development and business development, architectural wall specialization, regional and territory sales, glass estimation and project management. The team brings work experience from conventional industry brands, like Dormakaba, Dorma, KI International, Allsteel, Herman Miller, Trulite, and Kovach Building Enclosures.

The team’s aggregate experience includes previous roles with ERP, metal fabrication management, production scheduling, glass cutting supervision, tempering oven leadership, application engineering, and technical services supervision. And they’ve acquired work experience at Dormakaba, Dorma, Trulite, and Coolidge Glass.

Their cumulative experience includes previous roles in technical support, customer support, estimating, and project coordination and management.
